- Develop O&M programs, asset management advice
- Audit current O&M operations at existing buildings & facilities, perform gap analysis, life cycle costing, managing associated risks, aligning service delivery levels with core business requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities, reduce costs and implement MOC (management of change)
- Provide technical support, maintenance strategies and operational budgets to ensure facilities are compliant, run efficiently and provide a safe environment for occupants and customers.
